Revenue To the Partner: Revenue generation as per Bank partner expectation.
Incremental Business: Incremental business month on month & year on year in terms of premium & NOP.
Cross-Sell Ratio: Number of additional products sold per customer (PA + health).
Bank's own Risk: Banks own Insurable assets & Risk to be converted into premium.
2. Client Relationship & Retention KPIs
Customer Retention Rate: Percentage of bancassurance clients renewing policies.
Stakeholder Management: Internal inter department stakeholder management & External Bank Partner stake holder management.
Net Promoter Score (NPS): Measures client satisfaction and likelihood to recommend.
3. Operational Efficiency KPIs
Policy Issuance Turnaround Time: Average time taken to issue policies after lead conversion.
Policy Issuance Accuracy : 100% premium to be booked month on monmth.
Claims Ratio: Ratio of claims paid to premiums earned (important for monitoring portfolio health).
Expense Ratio: Operational expenses as a percentage of premiums earned.
4. Strategic & Compliance KPIs
Regulatory Compliance Score: Adherence to IRDAI and bancassurance guidelines.
Training & Engagement: Number of bank staff trained on insurance products.
