You will be part of our Nacora team, adding your expertise + skills to the delivery of Customer + Operational Excellence. Your primary objective will be to oversee overall operations, encompassing the Global Shared Service Center Claims, Local Insurance Broking operations, and the management of Marine Cargo + Liability + Employee Health Insurance Claims.

How you create impact

Oversee Nacora Operations to ensure process enhancement and quality service delivery to uphold high standards of service excellence. Lead and inspire a team, fostering a positive work environment, building motivation, and strengthening the sense of belonging. Work closely with internal and external stakeholders worldwide, consistently seeking feedback and implementing relevant corrective actions. Develop and drive strategies based on data analysis to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.

What we would like you to bring

Minimum 8-9 years of experience in insurance operations or a similar role. MUST have general insurance background with Marine Cargo + Liability + Employee Health Insurance Claims experience. Proven leadership and team management experience. Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
