Key Objective of the Job:
1 Identification and acquisition of key corporates for their Distribution ecosystem financing
2 Build a consistent pipeline of New Corporate Relationships through Regional Teams.
3 Understand needs of the Corporate, ideate, innovate and develop new product variants.
4 Build High Performing Corporate Acquisition Team
Major Deliverables:
1 Identification of potential industries & key corporates for SCF business
2 Drive Team Performance to add new corporates consistently to SCF business Month on Month
3 Work in co-ordination with Credit, Product & sales teams to scope and source corporates within shortlisted industries.
4 Persuasion/ persistence in converting opportunity to Corporate tie ups & business.
5 Anchor tie ups and handover to Product team for lead sourcing to build a profitable book
6 Competition mapping and offerings
7 Market Intelligence and new product development to meet emerging requirements
