Job Purpose
\xe2\x80\x9cThis position is open with Bajaj Finance ltd.\xe2\x80\x9d Need of complete ownership of Product management for REMI business to; 1. enable front end team for driving top line velocity 2. deliver profitability initiatives for the business


Job Duties & Key Responsibilities
* Duties and Responsibilities - 1.P&L management \xef\x82\xa7 Ownership of business P&L \xef\x82\xa7 Alignment of AOP and monthly financials\xe2\x80\x99 inputs \xef\x82\xa7 Explore and drive sustainable Income opportunities through cross sell product suite \xef\x82\xa7 Implement Cost Control initiatives through in-depth Opex management 2.Risk Management \xef\x82\xa7 Monitoring Business portfolio trends & TTD metrics \xef\x82\xa7 Regular engagement with Risk function SPOC for trends\xe2\x80\x99 analysis and implementing subsequent DOEs \xef\x82\xa7 Identifying business scale up (low/nil risk)/ scale down (high risk) opportunities basis performance of portfolio segments & executing resultant action/ course correction measures 3.New Capability Development \xef\x82\xa7 Engagement with other businesses to assess best practices across product/process action streams \xef\x82\xa7 Identify product & process initiatives for driving numbers\xe2\x80\x99 and productivity \xef\x82\xa7 Leverage COE for ideation and drafting capabilities suitable for business requirements 4.Driving Insurance Sales numbers \xef\x82\xa7 Manage going concern business through key accounts/ relationships \xef\x82\xa7 Responsible to deliver budgeted transaction numbers through Insurance category \xef\x82\xa7 Conduct regular reviews to monitor and assess performance metrics 5.Scheme Management and income realization \xef\x82\xa7 Manage creation and end to end management of scheme masters \xef\x82\xa7 Conduct monthly MBD recon activity \xef\x82\xa7 Manage dealer recovery; Monitoring recovery dues\xe2\x80\x99 actuals and knock off basis respective payments\xe2\x80\x99 collection from dealers/ payment adjustments in subsequent disbursements 6.Sales Support \xef\x82\xa7 Ensure persistence of realtime troubleshooting and engagement with sales team basis structured support activities \xef\x82\xa7 Design incentive plans and reward schemes for employees and partners to ensure they are motivated for delivering superior performance. 7.Team Management \xef\x82\xa7 Identify the learning needs to enhance the skillset and capabilities of team members. Work with L&D team to execute learning programs \xef\x82\xa7 Participate in selection process to identify the right talent for positions within the team \xef\x82\xa7 Set objectives conduct reviews and close appraisal processes for the team as per timelines 8.MISs and Dashboard Management \xef\x82\xa7 Provide routine guidance to team and monitor work output to ensure that necessary MIS dashboards etc are sent to Business teams to ensure seamless processes flow.
* Major Challenges - \xef\x82\xa7 Constant need to monitor & drive focus on execution; since team is small pressure of unfinished actionable builds up in no time; which may impact productivity of the overall unit at times \xef\x82\xa7 Ensuring that the team builds rapport with stakeholders across support functions to perform better in adhering to task completion timelines

Required Qualifications and Experience
* a) Qualifications \xef\x82\xa7 Minimum Qualification: MBA b) Work Experience \xef\x82\xa7 Minimum 8 years of experience \xef\x82\xa7 Financial Services Industry background with exposure to multiple aspects of project & product management, with significant exposure to product development
