Own the P&L, business growth and delivery Pan india by extracting best commercials to boost ROI per account.
Creating and driving high performance team.
Develop and implement acquisition strategies to create demand, identify diverse lead generation sources, outbound and inbound campaign development etc.
Monitor portfolio quality on regular basis along with risk and analytics and take proactive corrective steps.
Work cross-functionally with policy, legal, comms, marketing, product, finance, ops, IT.
Experience in BNPL or PL (Unsecured Loans) is a must . Education-PGDM/MBA with 5+years of experience.
