Job Summary . National Lead - Debt Management Services - Rural Job Purpose 'This position is open with Bajaj Finance ltd.' Plan, organize and control Debt Management Services for RTL in assigned Rural zones through efficient manpower planning, Debt Management Service management and penal Debt Management Services to achieve Debt Management Service targets and metrics set for the Zone Job Duties & Key Responsibilities . Duties and Responsibilities - PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES (Accountabilities associated with the job) 1. Debt Management Service Planning and Review . Interpret the AOP targets for forward flow proportion and loss proportion for the zone Convert the AOP targets to Debt Management Service volume numbers and determine stretch target for the zone Cascade the same to RMs for alignment of the team below . Monitor the forward flow and loss proportion MIS and metrics such as High Principal Outstanding (POS) cases flow impacting the overall Debt Management Service metrics . Conduct meetings with team to share perspective on metrics impacting Debt Management Services numbers monitor individual High POS cases Provide guidance and resolve complex issues faced by the team . Drive the team to promote and enhance awareness for adoption of digital payments to customers to enable improvement of Debt Management Services efficiency and optimize costs . Lead team in conducting past-performance analysis to identify any team members below the last3/6-month average performance Conduct root-cause analysis and determine course corrections to be implemented for the region . Track product-wise Debt Management Services (for mixed products of RTL) identify red flags and guide team to resolve issues as required 2. Penal Revenue Debt Management Service . Analyze the penal data dump (penal % to EMI %) for the zone to identify strategies for driving revenue generation for cost optimization such as penalty fee settlement etc. . Guide team on identifying red flags from the penal data dump first time delinquency/ bounce cases settlement for last EMI cases etc. to drive higher revenue generation 3. Manpower Forecasting . Analyze bouncing forecasting (from product team) prepare and refine the capacity matrix (for AM and FoS) month to month in order to optimally manage Debt Management Services volumes and related costs for the assigned zone . Discuss the Debt Management Services volume increase in the respective areas and manpower requirements with RMs Guide the RMs to prepare detailed plans to achieve Debt Management Service volumes . Review the new locations and volume increase by location to interpret the trends for manpower requirements in future as well 4. Portfolio Management . Engage with Sales team Risk and RCU team based on the numbers and developments from the specific areas in the zone Raise red flags and provide inputs on potential issues . Lead team in conducting first-time-EMI-bounce cases analysis to identify customer issues and draw inferences on the portfolio and implement any corrective actions as needed 5. Debt Management Services Agencies (Low in rural markets) . Engage with single man or small Debt Management Services agencies in some areas Provide feedback and growth input to the agencies on future growth and alignment with BFL objectives . Review the metrics such as payout penalty Debt Management Services penalty penetration . Duties and Responsibilities - 4. Portfolio Management . Implement reward and recognition mechanisms to motivate and engage the team to meet the objectives . Participate in recruitment process to identify the right talent at various positions within the team . Establish individual performance expectations and regularly review individual performance of the team . Identify development opportunities for team members to enhance their functional knowledge 1.
