Job Description

To standardize investigative protocols across India, ensuring that all 8 city branches maintain 100% confidentiality, follow legal procedures, and use the most advanced surveillance technology available. You are the final authority on "Case Strategy" and "Evidence Integrity."

Key Responsibilities



National Field Strategy:

Designing the "Standard Operating Procedures" (SOPs) for surveillance, undercover operations, and digital forensics used by all branch managers.

Complex Case Management:

Personally supervising high-stakes, multi-city investigations (e.g., a corporate fraud case spanning Mumbai, Delhi, and Bangalore).

Technical Innovation:

Researching and procuring the latest investigative gadgets (covert audio/video, GPS trackers, forensic software) and training the national team on their usage.

Legal & Ethical Compliance:

Ensuring all investigative methods comply with Indian laws to provide "court-admissible" evidence and protect the agency from legal liability.

Chercheur Detective Academy Dean:

Acting as the lead technical advisor for the Academy, designing the practical curriculum, and ensuring students are trained in real-world field craft.

Risk Assessment:

Evaluating the safety and feasibility of high-risk undercover assignments before they are approved for the field teams.

Requirements & Qualifications



Experience:

15-25 years of investigative experience. Preferred Backgrounds:Retired Senior Police Officers (ACP/DCP level), Ex-Military Intelligence, or Senior Leaders from Global Risk Consulting firms (like Kroll, Pinkerton, or EY Forensic).

Technical Mastery:

Deep knowledge of modern surveillance technology, cyber-forensics, and data privacy laws in India.

Leadership:

Proven ability to manage large, distributed teams of investigators across different cultural and geographic regions.

Languages:

Full command of

English and Hindi

. Knowledge of Marathi (HQ language) is highly preferred.

Integrity:

An unblemished career record. This role requires the highest level of ethical standing in the industry.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
