Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Strategic Leadership:

Develop and execute national-level skilling strategies, ensuring alignment with industry demand and government policies.

Project Operations:

Manage end-to-end skilling projects, including mobilization, training delivery, assessment, and placement.

Quality & Compliance:

Ensure compliance with National Occupational Standards (NOS) and quality frameworks across training centers.

Stakeholder Management:

Build relationships with government bodies, Sector Skill Councils (SSCs), and industry leaders to boost training efficacy.

Performance Monitoring:

Utilize MIS reporting and data analytics to track targets, evaluate impact, and ensure continuous improvement.

Financial Management:

Oversee project budgets, funding, and financial sustainability of initiatives.

Required Qualifications & Skills



Experience:

10-15+ years in the development sector, vocational training, or education leadership.

Education:

Master's degree in Business Administration, Social Science, or related field.

Expertise:

Deep knowledge of government skilling programs, industry trends, and compliance standards.

Skills:

Strong leadership, analytical abilities, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?800,000.00 - ?1,200,000.00 per year
