Utilize your experience in education institution sales and franchise sales to effectively promote and sell our salon education programs. Manage all salesrelated activities, including identifying and targeting potential clients, negotiating deals, and closing sales. Build and nurture a strong team across India, ensuring high performance and achievement of sales targets. Collaborate with internal teams to develop sales strategies, understand market trends, and implement effective marketing campaigns. Candidate Qualifications Prior experience in sales and business development within the education institution or academy industry is essential. Proven track record in franchise sales and the ability to drive growth in this area. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and build teams across multiple locations in India.
