Job Title: National Head - Projects

Reports to: COO/Director/CEO

Job Summary:

We're seeking a seasoned National Head - Projects to lead our project delivery team across India. You'll oversee project execution, ensure quality standards, and drive business growth through client satisfaction and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage project delivery teams across locations

- Oversee project planning, execution, and handover

- Ensure quality standards, timelines, and budgets

- Develop and implement project management processes

- Manage client relationships and stakeholder engagement

- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues

- Drive business growth through client satisfaction and new opportunities

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, or related field

- 10-15 years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role

- Experience in managing large-scale office design and build projects

- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

- Ability to manage multiple projects and teams across locations

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with project management software and tools

- Knowledge of Indian construction regulations and standards

- Experience with BIM and design software

- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, CAPM)

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹170,000.00 per year
