Job Title: National Head - Healthcare / Hospital
Location: Mumbai
Experience: 10-15 Years
Reports To: Director - Enterprises Accounts
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and visionary leader to head our Healthcare Vertical at the national level. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the Healthcare sector, with strong expertise in working with Corporate/Government Healthcare clients. This individual should understand the operational intricacies of the Healthcare industry and its current digital transformation needs. The role requires significant leadership experience, including managing and developing high-performing teams to achieve business goals in a fast-evolving market.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the Healthcare vertical strategy aligned with organizational growth objectives, leveraging industry insights and digital transformation trends.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with key corporate clients, including insurers, brokers, and other stakeholders, positioning the company as a strategic partner in their digital transformation journey.
  • Business Growth: Lead efforts to drive revenue through new client acquisitions and expanding business with existing accounts, ensuring a focus on life, health, and general Healthcare sectors.
  • Team Management: Manage, mentor, and grow a team of business development managers, solution architects, and account executives, ensuring alignment with vertical goals and performance targets. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes impacting the Healthcare sector, adapting the vertical's strategy accordingly.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product development, marketing, and operations teams to ensure the delivery of customized solutions and services that meet the evolving needs of the Healthcare industry.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is preferred.
  • 10-15 years of experience in the Healthcare sector, with a strong focus on digital transformation, IT services, and information management solutions.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing teams, including hiring, training, and mentoring high-performing professionals.
  • Deep understanding of Healthcare processes, industry regulations, and client needs in the context of digital transformation.
  • Strong experience in solution-selling, business development, and managing corporate accounts.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and deliver on business goals.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with senior-level stakeholders.
Preferred Attributes:
  • Experience with enterprise technology solutions (e.g., document management, workflow automation, data analytics, AI/ML) used in the Healthcare industry.
  • Strong existing relationships with top-tier Healthcare companies and other key players in the industry.
  • Track record of achieving revenue growth and business expansion within a highly competitive market.
  • Ability to lead a team through change and foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
