Key Responsibilities:
Lead and conduct training programs for teachers, counsellors, and directors to enhance instructional quality and professional growth.
Offer expert insights and guidance on NEP and NCF implementation.
Design and facilitate training workshops, seminars, and development modules to strengthen academic standards across centers.
Work closely with academic, R&D, and curriculum departments to ensure uniform adoption of educational benchmarks.
Keep abreast of new pedagogical trends, innovations, and policy updates to continually refine training practices.
Requirements:
Master's degree in Education, Curriculum Design, or a related discipline.
5-8years of proven experience in academic leadership, teacher training, or curriculum management.
Deep understanding of NEP 2020 and NCF principles.
Strong leadership, communication, and facilitation abilities.
Skilled in developing creative lesson plans and effective training content.
Flexibility to travel across India for training and supervision as needed.
