Job description
To achieve revenue and profitability target of synthetic rubber product (NBR, NVC & Powder)
Sales experience to the following segments: Sales of synthetic Rubber, Rubber chemicals to Tyre/Non tyre industries.
To maintain sales network for business units by identifying appropriate channel partners and developing and managing them effectively.
To control and monitor consignment agents / dealers in India & globally in terms of their sales and collection of their payments / various statutory forms.
To collect market information (competition activities) on regular basis to draw up marketing plan, forecasting market trend and to prepare sales projection.
To business development New customer contacts in India & globally to improve market share for establishment and maintain customer relationship.
To coordinate with other departments like R&D, Materials, Production, Finance for the execution of customer order.
Receivables Management
Preferred Educational Qualification
1. B. Tech/M.Tech Polymer/Chemical/Rubber Technology, M.Sc - Polymer/Chemical.
2. MBA/Diploma in Marketing (optional).
Prior Work Experience 15-20 years
Desired Technical Skill
Able to lead a Team, Presentable physique & desired techno commercial Sets knowledge. Good in Data analysis, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint Soft Skills required Excellent Negotiation, Communication & Presentation Skills, Strategic thinking, leadership, learning & managing change,
Problem Solving & Decision making in any situation.
