Your primary objective is to support the implementation, monitoring + continuous improvement of an ethics + compliance program in accordance with our global approach for India, Sri Lanka & Maldives. Your Role You will be working with internal + external stakeholders while focusing on addressing applicable laws, regulations, internal policies + procedures focusing on ethical compliance including but not limited to our Code of Conduct. Your Responsibilities To implement + maintain clear standards of business + ethical conduct consistent with our Code of Conduct. To ensure effective business unit governance by applying adequate procedures to manage + oversee ethical compliance / business ethics requirements. To continuously + effectively communicate + train our employees, business partners + other third parties. To be the subject matter expert providing ongoing support to our business units. To regularly updateethical compliance / business ethics risk assessments, performance monitoring + reporting. To apply timely, effective + consistent issue resolution procedures. To run independent progress reporting aboutethical compliance / business ethics related topics as required. To raise awareness ofethical compliance / business ethics on all levels by collaborating with regional + local business entities. Your Skills and Experiences Advanced degree in law, business management (MBA) or extensive working experience in a compliance function at a global company of similar size. Expert knowledge of the US FCPA, UK Bribery Act and the OECD convention on combating bribery and other applicable anti-bribery laws, regulations and standards, including the Federal Sentencing Guidelines. Solid business experience and sufficient stature within the organization to exert influence and credibility. Familiarity with KN\'s business practices and procedures or experience from similar business environment. Leadership skills to ensure that the required measures are applied consistently within the business areas. Strong communication, facilitation and negotiation skills.
