Key Responsibilities:- Lead the national B2B vertical with complete sales and operations ownership.- Build partnerships with OEM service centers, fleet operators, garages, and mobility players.- Drive enterprise sales and acquire new high-value clients across India.- Manage P&L - revenue growth, cost efficiency, and profitability.- Oversee credit control and ensure timely collections.- Coordinate with internal teams - supply chain, service, tech, and finance.- Hire, train, and manage a high-performance pan-India B2B sales team.- Define SOPs and ensure compliance in all business processes.What We're Looking For:- 5-10 years of experience in B2B sales/operations.- Strong network and connections with OEM-authorized service centers (mandatory).- Excellent skills in sales strategy, negotiation, credit risk, and leadership.- Experience in credit-driven businesses is a plus.- Graduate in Engineering/Business/Automotive; MBA preferred.- Willingness to travel and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
