Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and goal-oriented
Business Development Manager
to drive strategic growth for YTBhai. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, forging strong partnerships, managing collaborations, and accelerating our expansion across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, evaluate, and execute strategic partnership opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with creators, influencers, agencies, and brands
Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with company goals
Pitch and close collaborations for YTBhai's services, products.
Conduct market research to track trends, competition, and potential growth areas
Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to align outreach and brand strategy
Manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools and ensure timely follow-ups
Represent YTBhai at networking events, webinars, and industry meetups
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
3+ years of experience in business development, preferably in digital media, influencer marketing, or startups
Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills
Self-driven with an entrepreneurial mindset
Familiarity with content creation, social media platforms (especially YouTube, Instagram), and creator economy trends
Prior experience in creator partnerships or digital product sales is a plus

Pay: ?275,435.13 - ?840,000.00 per year
