Compensation: Up to 50 LPA (Fixed + Variable)
Job Brief
We are looking for a strong and inspiring B2B leader to take complete ownership of our pan-India project business.
This role is for someone who enjoys building teams, bringing structure, and creating clarity. Today, the business is spread across regions and teams work independently. Your mission will be to unite people, set clear systems, and scale the business across India.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the entire B2B project sales business across India.
  • Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing national sales team.
  • Break silos and bring teams together under one clear vision.
  • Design and implement standard SOPs for pan-India operations.
  • Drive strong coordination between sales, projects, and leadership.
  • Own revenue targets, forecasting, and growth strategy.
  • Strengthen relationships with key clients, consultants, and partners.
  • Ensure disciplined execution of large and complex projects.
  • Represent the business at a national level with confidence and clarity.
Qualifications
  • 15 to 18+ years of experience in B2B / Project Sales.
  • 7 to 8+ Years of experience in a National Leadership Role.
  • Proven experience in building and leading large teams across regions.
  • Strong exposure to pan-India operations.
  • Experience in setting processes, SOPs, and structured sales systems.
  • Excellent people leadership and communication skills.
  • Strategic thinker with strong execution ability.
  • Comfortable working from the Mumbai office.
