You will be part of our Air Logistics team, adding your leadership expertise + product skills to the delivery of customer + operational excellence.


You will be responsible for leading + building the capability of our Semicon stations as well as supporting their further development + growth.

How you create impact

You will do this by working with a variety of internal stakeholders while focusing on the following key objectives.

To ensure all semicon teams receive basic + refresher trainings +/or specialized trainings (E.g. Dangerous Goods Regulation) as required. To ensure all working instructions + standard operating procedures are up to date + accessible by all stakeholders. To lead + monitor implementation of all new business awards. To communicate current activities + continuous improvement opportunities in partnership with key stakeholders. To collaborate with sales + pricing teams in driving growth. To ensure the quality of product + service through regular engagement with carrier partners. To provide guidance on transportation + packaging solutions. To support + liaise closely with relevant teams in internal + external audits as required.

What we would like you to bring

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field. 5+ years of experience in air logistics or freight forwarding. Strong knowledge of semiconductor/high-tech logistics operations. Experience in leading cross-functional and multi-location teams. Skilled in creating and updating SOPs and process documentation. Certification in Dangerous Goods Regulation (preferred). Proven ability to manage audits, compliance, and quality control. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Proficient in logistics systems and Microsoft Office tools. Willingness to travel domestically; fluent in English.
