National Academic Head - Mount Litera Zee School (MLZS) - Education Industry - 15+ Years - Mumbai
Location - Mumbai
This is a premier opportunity to lead the academic strategy and transformation across a national K-12 school network. As the National Academic Head of MLZS, you will be responsible for driving curriculum design, CBSE compliance, faculty development, and student success across 120+ schools. This role demands academic vision, operational discipline, and stakeholder influence at a national level.

Responsibilities -

• Develop and execute national academic vision, curriculum roadmap, and NEP-aligned pedagogy.
• Lead Regional School Directors and Cluster Academic Leads in ensuring academic delivery excellence.
• Oversee curriculum development, EdTech integration, and periodic content enhancement.
• Ensure CBSE affiliation, SQAAF implementation, lesson observations, and faculty evaluations.
• Conduct strategic teacher training, leadership mentoring, and certification programs.
• Support academic readiness in new school launches including staffing and infrastructure.
• Drive parent engagement and promote academic satisfaction and student retention.
• Leverage data analytics to evaluate school-wise academic performance and teacher effectiveness.
• Lead cross-school academic innovation, conferences, and knowledge-sharing platforms.
• Represent MLZS at education forums and external advisory panels.

Requirements -

• Postgraduate in Education / Educational Leadership / Curriculum & Instruction (PhD preferred).
• 15-20 years in K-12 education with leadership in curriculum design, CBSE frameworks, and school quality audits.
• Deep understanding of NEP 2020, SQAAF, and blended learning models.
• Strong stakeholder and team management capabilities with multi-regional leadership experience.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Passionate about educational transformation and innovation in learning outcomes.
