National Academic Head - Kidzee - Education Industry - 15+ Years - Mumbai

As the National Academic Head at Kidzee, you'll shape the academic direction and strategy for India's largest preschool network, impacting over 2000+ centers nationwide. Responsibilities -

• Lead national academic strategy and curriculum execution across 2000+ Kidzee centers.
• Ensure alignment with NEP and ECCE guidelines, global pedagogical best practices, and Kidzee's brand philosophy.
• Manage zonal academic teams to drive training, teacher mentorship, and operational excellence.
• Design academic KPIs, performance metrics, and governance frameworks for academic quality.
• Drive innovation in content, pedagogy, and tech-enabled learning solutions.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Business, and Operations teams to integrate academic plans with business growth.
• Represent Kidzee at academic forums, industry events, and parent engagements.

Requirements -

• Postgraduate in Early Childhood Education / Human Development / Education / ECCEd / B.Ed.
• 15-20 years of experience in Early Childhood Education; 5-7 years in a leadership role managing national or multi-regional academic functions.
• Deep understanding of curriculum design, teacher training, academic audits, and classroom delivery.
• Visionary leadership with strong team management, communication, and stakeholder alignment skills.
• Experience working with compliance frameworks and early learning regulations.
