Manager- Strategy & Business Consultant

Nation with NaMo is India's leading political consulting organization, dedicated to providing high quality professional support for political campaigns. In this capacity, we have been fortunate to be a part of the momentous election campaigns of 2014, 2019 and various other state elections. Our work includes envisioning and executing innovative electioneering campaigns, facilitating capacity building of grassroots cadre and shaping governance. We add professional aspects to the strengths of the scores of grassroots workers and ensure optimal electoral results.

In today's world, an important role in shaping the thinking of all individuals. It is a crucial lever in both politics and governance. We are looking for a Consultant who is dynamic, enthusiastic and keen-eyed enough to go beyond the obvious, draw complex insights and provide actionables to the team and the client.

Primary Responsibilities :

- Strategizing marketing through digital channels for flagship political campaigns, aimed at achieving high impact by reaching last mile voters

- Structured problem solving with project and client stakeholders to maximize the targeted reach of marketing campaigns

- Effective designing, implementing and measurement of the digital marketing campaigns in coordination with different stakeholders, with end-to-end ownership of the complete process

- Train and mentor junior staff and contribute to the overall skills enhancement and experience of the team

- Contributing to point of views, thought leadership and knowledge management to support practice

- Must interact effectively with all levels of management and ensure smooth inter-teams coordination

Educational/Experience Qualifications :

- Bachelor Degree from a leading Indian / International education institution.

- Relevant experience of 2+ years gained in either Strategy Consulting firms, Digital Marketing firms, product or growth focused roles or similar experience in the relevant sector.

- Credible record of operating at a team management level

- Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, policies, and procedures within the political consulting industry or digital marketing firms.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Sheets
