- Act as a strategic HR partner to Plant Head and functional leaders at the factory.
Align HR initiatives with plant productivity, quality, and safety goals. - Drive manpower planning, deployment, and optimization as per production requirements
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Foster a positive and productive work environment through effective employee engagement programs. - Address grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary matters in a fair and transparent manner. Conduct regular communication meetings, employee connect sessions, and pulse surveys. Strengthen relationships with workmen, supervisors, and union representatives
Talent Acquisition & Development
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for factory-based roles including CWK. Ensure timely onboarding, induction, and integration of new employees. Identify training needs and coordinate skill development programs in coordination with Corporate HR and functional heads. Drive performance management, goal-setting, and competency assessments
HR Operations & MIS
- Manage attendance, payroll coordination, leave administration, and contract labour management. Monitor and control HR cost metrics at the plant. Prepare monthly HR dashboards, attrition reports, and manpower analytics

Health, Safety, and Welfare
- Partner with the Safety and Admin teams to implement welfare, safety, and hygiene programs. Support initiatives on employee well-being, canteen management, medical check-ups, and CSR activities.
