Core Responsibilities

- Childcare: Supervise and care for children, ensuring their safety and well-being.

- Daily routines: Assist with feeding, bathing, dressing, and putting children to sleep.

- Educational support: Help with homework, reading, and developmental activities.

- Play and recreation: Organize age-appropriate games, crafts, and outings.

- Emotional support: Foster a nurturing environment and help children manage emotions.

Household Duties (may vary)

- Light housekeeping related to children (e.g., laundry, tidying play areas).

- Meal planning and preparation for children.

- Transporting children to school, activities, or appointments.

Qualities of a Great Nanny

- Patience, reliability, and strong communication skills.

- Ability to bond with children and integrate into the family dynamic.

- Flexibility to adapt to different parenting styles and household needs.

Optional Requirements

- Experience or training in early childhood education.

- Background checks and references.
