Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Healthcare Recruiter with 1-2 years of hands-on experience in US healthcare staffing. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working directly with MSP/VMS platforms or direct clients, recruiting for Direct Hire Allied and Nursing roles as well as Travel RNs across the United States.
Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and recruit qualified healthcare professionals (Allied Health, RNs, LPNs, Travel Nurses, etc.) for direct hire and travel assignments.
• Work closely with MSPs or direct clients to understand job requirements, deliver quality candidates, and meet hiring deadlines.
• Utilize job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, etc.), internal databases, and networking sites LinkedIn and Facebook etc to source candidates.
• Conduct initial screening, interview scheduling, and credential verification.
• Negotiate rates, availability, and relocation/travel logistics.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state regulations and client-specific credentialing.
• Maintain accurate records in Job diva/ATS and provide regular reports/updates to leadership.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified healthcare professionals for future openings.
• Foster long-term relationships with candidates to promote retention and redeployment.

• 1-2 years of US healthcare staffing experience, preferably with a focus on Direct Hire and Travel Nursing.
• Strong experience working directly with MSPs/VMS platforms (e.g., ShiftWise, Beeline, Medefis, Aya Connect, etc.) or direct healthcare clients.
• Solid understanding of allied and nursing healthcare roles and licensure requirements across US states.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities.
• Proficient in using ATS, CRM tools, and common sourcing platforms.

• Experience in full-cycle recruiting (sourcing to onboarding) for both Direct Hire and Travel Nursing roles.
• Familiarity with healthcare credentialing processes, compliance, and documentation.
• Previous experience working in high-volume recruitment environments.
