Conduct practical and theoretical training sessions on nail care, nail art, and nail extensions.
Train students on manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylic nails, nail extensions, and nail art designs.
Demonstrate proper hygiene, safety standards, and best practices in nail services.
Evaluate trainees' performance and provide constructive feedback.
Design and update training modules as per industry trends.
Ensure students achieve required skill levels before certification or placement.
Maintain training equipment, tools, and inventory.
Coordinate with the academy/training team for schedules and assessments.
Support placement activities by evaluating candidates' practical skills.
