Key Responsibilities:
Design and deliver training programs for beginner to advanced nail technicians.
Teach both theoretical knowledge (e.g., nail anatomy, hygiene standards) and practical skills (e.g., gel, acrylics, nail art).
Demonstrate proper use of tools, techniques, and safety procedures.
Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
Stay current on trends, techniques, and new products in the nail industry.
Develop lesson plans, handouts, and instructional materials.
Assess trainees through exams, practical assessments, and performance reviews.
Mentor and motivate students to achieve high standards of skill and professionalism.
Maintain training records and assist in curriculum updates.
Ensure compliance with local licensing, health, and safety regulations.
Qualifications and Skills:
Certified Nail Technician with at least 3-5 years of hands-on experience.
Experience as a trainer, educator, or team leader in a salon or academic setting.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of teaching methodologies and curriculum development.
Up-to-date with current nail trends, techniques, and health & safety standards.
Patience and enthusiasm for mentoring learners of varying skill levels.
Organized and detail-oriented, with strong time management.
