Ensure hospital-wide adherence to NABH guidelines and protocols.
Conduct regular quality audits in all departments (clinical & non-clinical).
Identify non-compliances and ensure timely corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Documentation & Records Management
Maintain and update all NABH-related documentation, SOPs, policies, and manuals.
Ensure timely preparation and submission of quality reports.
Maintain department-wise checklists and records for inspections.
Training & Awareness
Conduct staff orientation and periodic training programs on NABH standards.
Promote a culture of quality and patient safety among all hospital staff.
Internal Audits & Monitoring
Schedule and conduct internal audits as per NABH requirements.
Monitor hospital processes for infection control, patient safety, and service quality.
Incident & Feedback Management
Track patient complaints, incidents, and sentinel events, ensuring root cause analysis and closure.
Collect, analyze, and act upon patient and staff feedback to improve services.
Coordination for NABH Assessments
Act as the single point of contact for NABH assessors during surveillance or final assessments.
Coordinate with all departments to ensure readiness for assessments at any time.
