Role Overview
We are looking for an
n8n Automation Expert
to design, build, and own end-to-end automation workflows. This role requires strong hands-on expertise in n8n, APIs, and workflow architecture, with the ability to create reliable, scalable, and secure automations.
Key Responsibilities
Build and manage advanced automation workflows using
n8n
Design scalable, reusable, and secure automation architectures
Integrate third-party tools, internal systems, and APIs
Work with webhooks, REST APIs, JSON, and authentication methods
Implement error handling, retries, logging, and monitoring
Write custom JavaScript logic inside n8n where required
Optimize workflows for performance and reliability
Document workflows, SOPs, and automation logic
Collaborate with Product, Ops, Sales, HR, and Tech teams
Identify automation opportunities to reduce manual effort
Required Skills
Strong hands-on experience with
n8n (mandatory)
Excellent understanding of
REST APIs, Webhooks, JSON
Good JavaScript knowledge for custom workflow logic
Experience with OAuth, API keys, and token-based authentication
Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, CRMs, Slack, Email tools
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
Good to Have
Experience deploying n8n (Docker, AWS/GCP/Azure)
Database knowledge (Postgres, MySQL, MongoDB)
Experience with Zapier, Make, or Power Automate
Understanding of security, rate limits, and data privacy
