This role will focus on identifying and engaging high-potential prospects, initiating first-level conversations, and maintaining a structured pipeline of qualified leads for our partners.Key Responsibilities:Client Prospecting:- Research and identify target CXOs, founders, and professionals from public databases, business news, LinkedIn, and other industry sources- Maintain structured lead lists with segmentation based on geography, profession, industry, and estimated investable surplusOutreach & Lead Qualification:- Conduct cold calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach to initiate conversations with prospects- Perform first-level qualification through brief calls to understand interest and basic suitabilityCRM & Data Management:- Manage and regularly update CRM tools with lead data, interaction history, and follow-up tasks- Maintain a clean, categorized database to support targeted campaigns and outreach strategiesSales Enablement:- Assist in preparing background briefs, company summaries, and pre-meeting notes for the business team- Support in organizing webinars, campaigns, or product-specific outreach activitiesMarket Intelligence:- Track movements of CXOs, IPOs, fund raises, and other triggers that could indicate liquidity events- Share weekly insights with the internal team on prospect trends and outreach performanceScheduling & Coordination:- Set up qualified meetings for the partners, ensuring proper documentation and prep- Track and follow through on outreach cycles and re-engagement schedulesQualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Management, or related field- 1-3 years of experience in presales, inside sales, business development, or client-facing roles in finance, fintech, or consulting- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Strong confidence and professional demeanor while dealing with senior professionals- Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) and productivity tools (Excel, Google Sheets, etc.) is a Plus.- Research-oriented mindset with attention to detail and initiativeWhat We Offer:- Opportunity to work closely with the leadership team on high-quality client acquisition- Exposure to India's growing private capital market and product ecosystem- Career growth into sales, relationship management, or strategy roles- Competitive compensation with performance-based incentives (ref:updazz.com) '
