Responsibilities:
Manage large amounts of inbound lead calls in a timely manner
Follow communication "scripts" when handling different topics
Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue and
provide solutions and/or alternatives and be able to sell health packages.
Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
Requirements:
Previous experience in a customer support role or Outbound or Inbound Sales or Telesales
Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
Should have Sale Skills
Graduate or Undergraduate
Must have Laptop and working WiFi at home
Must have own transport and should be able to travel to the Okhla office phase 3
