Job Title- MySQL DBA
Experience: 4+
Location: Bangalore, Gurgaon, Delhi, Noida, Mumbai, Chennai, Pune, Mohali, Hyderabad

As MySQL Database Administrator (DBA) one will be responsible for the design, implementation, maintenance, and performance of MySQL databases within an organization. This role ensures the security, availability, replication and efficiency of data storage and retrieval.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

Database Management: Install, configure, and maintain MySQL database servers, including upgrades, patching, and provisioning of instances. Performance Tuning:
Monitor database performance, identify bottlenecks, and optimize SQL queries, database structures, and server configurations for efficiency and speed.

Backup and Recovery:
Implement and manage robust backup and recovery procedures to ensure data integrity and minimize data loss in case of system failures or disasters.Enforce database security measures, manage user access and permissions, and ensure compliance with relevant data protection regulations.Diagnose and resolve database-related issues promptly, provide on-call support for critical production issues, and implement preventive measures.Work closely with development teams to design database schemas, optimize application interactions with the database, and support new feature implementations.Implement and maintain high-availability solutions (e.g., replication, clustering) and disaster recovery strategies to ensure continuous database operation.Maintain comprehensive documentation of database configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.Automate routine database tasks using scripting and tools to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
