Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate and experienced English Educator to join our MYP (Middle Years Programme) faculty. The ideal candidate will be adept at inspiring young learners through inquiry-based learning, interdisciplinary teaching, and effective communication. This role demands a strong grasp of the IB philosophy and the ability to translate curricular goals into engaging classroom experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Design and deliver English lessons aligned with MYP objectives Foster critical thinking, writing proficiency, and analytical reading in students Integrate interdisciplinary approaches and global contexts into the curriculum Provide differentiated instruction to meet varied student needs Assess student progress through formative and summative methods Contribute to curriculum planning and enrichment activities Collaborate with colleagues and participate in school events and trainings
Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in English or Education Minimum 3 years of teaching experience, with preference for MYP/IB experience Strong command over English language and literature Familiarity with IB documentation and learning frameworks Classroom management and student engagement skills Technology integration for hybrid/digital learning environments
Preferred Attributes

Certification in IB training (MYP Category 1 or higher) Ability to mentor students for exhibitions or creative writing forums Flexibility, adaptability, and a collaborative spirit Prompt availability for onboarding and orientation
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
