MYP Coordinator needed in an IB school in Hyderabad.

The MYP Coordinator will provide strategic leadership and management of the Middle Years Programme (MYP). The role involves ensuring the effective implementation of the MYP curriculum, fostering an environment of academic excellence, and supporting the personal and professional development of students. Will work closely with faculty members, senior leadership, and the wider school community to maintain and elevate the school's commitment to the IB philosophy and values.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Management:
Lead the day-to-day operations of the MYP, ensuring smooth implementation and alignment with the IB framework and the school's vision.
Curriculum & Instruction:
Guide the development, review, and evaluation of the MYP curriculum in collaboration with subject leaders and teachers.
Promote interdisciplinary teaching and learning, ensuring that students develop the skills and knowledge expected by the MYP.
Professional Development:
Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to MYP teachers to foster continuous professional growth.
Plan and deliver professional development workshops and sessions for faculty related to the MYP framework.
