will be responsible for driving end-to-end business operations, growth, and performance for VINR on Myntra. This includes P&L ownership, catalog and inventory management, merchandising, marketing execution, and coordination with Myntra category teams to maximize visibility, revenue, and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities1. Business Ownership & Revenue Growth
Own and drive the Myntra channel P&L for VINR.
Analyze sales performance, forecast demand, monitor KPIs (GMV, ROI, CTR, CVR, returns, cancellations).
Build and execute growth strategies to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
2. Marketplace Operations (Myntra)
Manage listing creation, catalog hygiene, and product detail accuracy.
Coordinate with Myntra support teams for pricing, promotions, return issues, and operational escalations.
Ensure stock availability and prevent outages through efficient demand planning.
3. Merchandising & Visibility
Improve product discoverability through enhanced content, SEO-focused copy, and optimized catalog structures.
Manage product visibility through deals, banners, brand days, and Myntra marketing tools (PPM, ad slots, etc.).
Plan new product launches and ensure timely onboarding.
4. Campaign & Promotion Management
Lead Myntra-specific campaigns like EORS, BFF, Super Saturdays, and category-specific events.
Coordinate with Myntra category managers to secure better placements and higher visibility.
Plan promotional calendars, discount strategies, and marketing budgets to maximize ROI.
5. Inventory & Supply Chain Coordination
Work with warehouse/operations teams to manage stock health, fill rates, and dispatch SLAs.
Reduce cancellations, returns, and delays through proactive operational planning.
Maintain safety stock levels and lead replenishment processes.
6. Data Analytics & Market Insights
Track competition, pricing trends, assortment gaps, and customer behavior.
Prepare weekly/monthly business reviews and performance dashboards.
Utilize analytics tools (Excel, Google Sheets, internal MIS, etc.) for data-driven decisions.
7. Stakeholder Management
Maintain strong relationships with Myntra category and account management teams.
Collaborate with VINR's internal teams--design, marketing, operations, finance--for smooth execution.
Provide strategic insights to leadership on improving product, pricing, and brand performance.
