Myglamm Assistant Manager Crm
Job Description
- Lead the development and execution of CRM campaigns across all channels (Email, push notifications, In-app, SMS, and Web push)
- Coordination with design, product, and content teams to ensure momentum for CRM campaigns
- Dive deep into performance reports for each campaign.
- Manage the new product launches for CRM
- Must know the basic Excel functions
- Ability to learn new data tool
- Ability to multitask and successfully operate in a fast-paced environment
Key skills:
- You have 3+ years of working experience in the field of CRM/online marketing/campaign management for E-commerce businesses
- Hands-on experience in setting up mobile- and email marketing campaigns
- You have proven experience in working with CRM tools like Webengage, clever tap
- Responsible, structured, and precise work attitude, with great attention to details
- Proactive can-do attitude, problem-solving skills, and good team player
- Analytical skills are a plus, confident user of Excel/Google Sheets, Powerpoint
- Excellent communication skills in English, additional languages are a plus.
