Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of mechanical equipment, including turbines, pumps, compressors, fans, gearboxes, and piping systems. Carry out installation, alignment, and overhauling of rotating and static equipment. Diagnose equipment malfunctions and determine appropriate repair techniques. Maintain maintenance logs, service reports, and daily activity sheets. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines while performing all tasks. Coordinate with the maintenance supervisor and other departments for shutdown jobs. Ensure availability of tools, tackles, and spare parts. Support root cause analysis (RCA) and reliability improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:

10th Pass with ITI or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institute.
Experience:

Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical maintenance work in a thermal power plant or industrial utility setup. Experience with 25MW+ power plant equipment is preferred.

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
