Mutual Fund Specialist Branch Manager
Job Description
Responsible for all activities which falls into under branch - which includes business development, operation, admin, etc. - Core responsibility is business development and strive to maintain profitable branch. - Responsible for building and nurturing team. - Guiding and motivating subordinates in achieving their goals. - Coaching, mentoring and training employees and providing them with timely feedback on their performance. - Should have good amount of understanding about financial instrument likes Mutual Fund, Equity, Fixed Income instruments like FD, Bond, NCD etc.
PROBLEM SOLVING - Strong time and man management skills and the ability to organise and prioritise work - Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
MINIMUM & PREFERRED EXPERIENCE / SKILLS: - Candidate should have 3+ year experience in managing Associate channel partner of Mutual Fund AMC, Insurance, Broking, NBFC, Bank, Wealth Management. - Candidate must have keen interest in wealth advisory business. - Graduate or MBA (in Finance) or certification in the field of investments like PMS, Mutual Funds, Wealth Management - Problem solving attitude and excellent communication skills, both oral and written
