Job Role - The key areas of responsibilities are as follows:

o? ?Develop and implement strategy to achieve planned growth objectives for the IFA

channel.

o? ?Acquisition of New IFAs in the system for B2B sales, which needs to be a continuous

andongoing process.

o? ?Activate IFAs thought regular knowledge sessions to empower them to build sizable

AUM.

o? ?Develop, execute, and manage retail strategy and tactical business plan, considering the

market opportunity/growth potential, competitor activity, existing capabilities, and risk

appetite.

o? ?Ensuring that there is consistent mobilization achieved for all the schemes of the

company.

o? ?Assume full accountabilities for all aspects of sales in their respective channel.

o? ?Help in establishing and communicating a strong and vibrant brand.

o? ?Ensuring increase in Market share in the IFA channel business.

o? ?The primary responsibility of an RM is selling products at the location assigned and;

exploring new areas in and around the identified location.

o? ?Focus on building relationships and strong stakeholder connect for generating sales.

o? ?Responsible for achieving Sales Targets, Sales patterns in the market.

o? ?Market & industry analysis, Generating & increasing sales.

o? ?Prospecting of customers through new client acquisition, networking, and business

references in an open market.

o? ?To penetrate all targeted key accounts and originate upselling opportunities.

o? ?Ensure adherence to sales processes and requirements.

o? ?Achievement of monthly, quarterly & yearly business plan

o? ?Plan and carry out effective distributor engagement activities & training programs on a

periodic basis.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
