Openings for Process Associate -

We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-driven Call Center Agents to join our Mutual Fund sales process team. The role involves outbound calling to mutual fund distributors, building strong professional relationships, and driving sales growth through effective communication and relationship management. As a part of our dynamic financial services process, you will play a key role in supporting business expansion by promoting mutual fund products through distributors, enhancing distributor engagement, and building professional relationship with distributors Key Responsibilities ? Make outbound calls to mutual fund distributors and registered intermediaries to promote mutual fund products and initiatives. ? Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors to ensure consistent engagement and loyalty. ? Educate and update distributors about new product offerings, schemes, NAV trends, and sales campaigns. ? Identify opportunities to increase Mutual fund sales through distributor channels. ? Track and follow up on distributor queries, ensuring timely resolution and excellent customer experience. ? Maintain accurate and updated records of all communications in the CRM system.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
