Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End Relationship Management:

Manage and maintain professional relationships with

clients, fund houses, registrars, and external stakeholders

to ensure seamless operational flow.

MIS & Reporting:

Prepare, maintain, and analyze

MIS reports

to track transactions, portfolio performance, client activity, and operational efficiency.

Investment & Valuation Analysis:

Support internal teams in

calibrating modelling philosophy, valuation approaches, and investment cases

for accurate financial insights and decision-making.

Portfolio Monitoring:

Evaluate and monitor

client transactional activities

, mutual fund purchases/redemptions/SIPs/SWPs, and assess overall

portfolio performance

.

Regulatory Compliance:

Ensure strict adherence to

NSDL, CDSL, SEBI, AMFI

and other regulatory guidelines; maintain accurate documentation and audit readiness.

Demat Account Operations:

Manage end-to-end processes for

opening client Demat accounts

with NSDL & CDSL, ensuring error-free documentation and onboarding.

Transaction Processing:

Handle and verify all

Mutual Fund transactions

--purchases, redemptions, switches, transfers--and coordinate with clients regarding transaction status, discrepancies, or requirements.

Client Communication:

Provide timely updates and maintain clear communication with clients regarding

transactions, NAV updates, statements, compliance requirements, and portfolio insights

.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of

Mutual Fund operations

, NAV, RTA processes, and demat operations Good understanding of

NSDL, CDSL, KYC norms, SEBI/AMFI regulations

Excellent communication and relationship management skills Proficiency in

MS Excel, MIS reporting, and data analysis

Attention to detail and strong problem-solving ability Ability to work in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment
