Handle customer queries and concerns through various communication channels. Provide accurate and timely information to customers.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient customer service.
Maintain documentation of customer interactions and transactions.
Execution and processing of Mutual Fund transactions (purchase, redemption, SIP, SWP, STP, etc.)
Client onboarding and KYC verification.
Monitoring and reporting investment portfolios.
Skills Required :
Basic written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with open office applications, MS Word, and Excel.
Eligibility :
Graduation in finance related stream or Bcom, BBI, BFM
NISM Series 5 A Certification is a plus and will be given preference
Knowledge of Financial & Securities market and Insurance
3 - 5 yrs relevant experience
