Role Overview



We are looking for an

experienced and dynamic female professional

with a strong background in

Mutual Fund and Insurance sales

. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in financial advisory, client counselling, and achieving sales targets through ethical and compliant processes.

You will be responsible for

client acquisition, portfolio development, and renewals

, ensuring that every client receives tailored investment and protection solutions.

Key Responsibilities1. Mutual Fund Sales



Prospect, acquire, and retain clients for

SIP and Lumpsum investments

. Conduct

risk profiling

and identify client goals -- such as retirement planning, child education, or wealth creation. Recommend appropriate

Mutual Fund schemes

based on client needs and market conditions. Ensure complete

KYC, e-mandate setup

, and transaction compliance as per SEBI/AMFI guidelines. Track ongoing SIP performance, encourage top-ups, and maintain high

SIP persistency

.

2. Insurance Sales



Advise clients on

Term Life, Health, and General Insurance

policies. Identify protection gaps and recommend suitable coverage and riders. Manage proposal documentation, medicals, and policy issuance efficiently. Handle

renewals, endorsements, and claims coordination

when needed. Maintain 100% adherence to

IRDAI norms and ethical selling practices

.

3. Business Development & Client Management



Generate new business leads through referrals, webinars, and digital outreach. Build and maintain long-term client relationships through regular communication and portfolio reviews. Work towards achieving and exceeding

monthly and quarterly sales targets

. Maintain accurate client data and sales reports using CRM tools. Represent Bull Bear Cubs in financial awareness sessions and investor education workshops.

Preferred Candidate Profile



Female candidates only.

Minimum 3 years of experience

in

Mutual Fund and/or Insurance sales or advisory

. Proven track record in achieving

SIP, AUM, and premium targets

. Strong understanding of

investment planning, asset allocation, and financial protection

. Certified in

AMFI/NISM Series V-A

and/or

IRDAI (Life/Health/General)

. Bachelor's degree in

Commerce, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration

. Excellent communication skills in

Hindi and English

(regional language preferred). Persuasive, confident, and relationship-driven. Comfortable using

MS Office, CRM software, and digital sales tools

.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)



Number of SIPs registered and total AUM mobilized. Insurance policies issued, renewals, and persistency ratio. Lead-to-conversion rate and total revenue generated. Client satisfaction and retention metrics. 100% compliance with SEBI, AMFI, and IRDAI norms.
