# Job Title: Mutual Fund Back Office cum Sales Executive

# Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and sales-oriented individual to join our team as a Mutual Fund Back Office cum Sales Executive. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support for mutual fund transactions, managing client relationships, and driving sales growth.

# Key Responsibilities:

Back Office:

1. Processing mutual fund transactions (purchase, redemption, switch, etc.)

2. Verifying client documents and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

3. Maintaining accurate records of client transactions and portfolio holdings

4. Resolving client queries and grievances related to transactions

Sales:

1. Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to achieve sales targets

2. Building and maintaining relationships with existing clients to increase sales and retain business

3. Conducting financial needs analysis and providing investment advice to clients

4. Promoting mutual fund products and services to clients and prospects

Administrative:

1. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activities

2. Preparing and submitting sales reports and other performance metrics

3. Assisting with marketing initiatives and events to promote mutual fund products

# Desired Skills and Qualifications:

1. Graduate degree in a related field (Finance, Commerce, etc.)

2. 1-2 years of experience in mutual fund sales and back office operations

3. NISM (National Institute of Securities Markets) certification

4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and sales skills

5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets

6. Proficient in MS Office and mutual fund software applications
