Eligibility

Bachelor's Degree (Minimum) NISM-Series-V-A: Mutual Fund Distributors Certification - Preferred CFP certification preferred
Experience

2-3 years in Mutual Fund Operations / Data Management / Digital Marketing Immediate joiners preferred
Salary : As per company policy

Key Focus Areas

1 Mutual Fund Data Operations (Primary)

Download and maintain daily AMC & RTA data
(portfolio files, NAV feeds, brokerage, SIP book, corporate actions)

Maintain data hygiene - cleaning, accuracy, logs & version control Perform folio & holding reconciliations Update scheme master: ISIN changes, mergers, dividends, corporate actions Support internal dashboards & product data pipelines Continuously improve data workflows & reporting standards
2 Digital Marketing & Content Creation (Primary)

Develop MF educational content for social platforms: LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Telegram, WhatsApp Lead & support online brand presence and awareness campaigns Create newsletters, product explainers, infographics & short videos Monitor analytics and improve campaign performance Conduct market research for online client acquisition
Secondary Responsibilities

Support KYC onboarding & basic client servicing Assist in SIP / Purchase / Redemption / Switch activities when required Coordinate with AMCs & RTAs for operational queries Track ARN & EUIN renewal deadlines
Skills Required

Good knowledge of Mutual Fund products & operations Strong communication skills - written & verbal Excel proficiency & data-oriented approach Creativity in digital content & engagement strategies Ability to simplify financial concepts for investors Initiative-taking & growth mindset
