Job Summary

The Mutual Fund Back-End Executive is responsible for handling operational and administrative tasks related to mutual fund investments. The role includes processing transactions, maintaining records, coordinating with AMCs, RTAs, and ensuring accurate and timely execution of client requests.

Key Responsibilities

Processing mutual fund transactions such as purchases, redemptions, switches, and SIP registrations Maintaining and updating client investment records and portfolios Verifying KYC documents and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements Coordinating with AMCs, RTAs (CAMS, KFintech), and distributors for transaction execution Handling client queries related to NAVs, statements, and transaction status Preparing MIS reports, portfolio reports, and reconciliation statements Ensuring accuracy in data entry and documentation Tracking pending transactions and following up for resolution Maintaining confidentiality of client information Supporting front-end sales and advisory teams with operational assistance.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate in Commerce, Finance, or related field Basic knowledge of mutual funds and financial markets Familiarity with CAMS, KFintech, or other RTA platforms Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications Good communication and coordination skills Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Experience

Fresher or

1-3 years of experience

in mutual fund operations/back office preferred.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
