Your Role & Impact
You'll serve as the bridge between clients and our investment platform, guiding
them through every step of their mutual fund journey. From resolving queries
and demonstrating the platform to driving investment conversions, you'll ensure
every client feels informed, confident, and supported throughout their
investment experience.
Key Responsibilities

Engage with clients via phone, email, and virtual meetings (Google Meet or Zoom) to address mutual fund related queries and provide personalizedguidance. Assist investors in understanding fund categories, risk profiles, and suitability
as per their goals.fund platform.through registration and transactions.transactions efficiently.operations.updates.What We're Looking ForCommunication SkillsSales & Customer Handling

Conduct product walkthroughs and provide 1 to 1 guidance on our mutual Drive client onboarding by providing platform access and handholding Follow up with interested leads, nurture investment intent, and close Resolve service issues and coordinate with internal teams for smooth Maintain accurate client records, communication logs, and investment Cross-sell or upsell relevant financial products as per client suitability. Achieve monthly targets for investments, conversions, and client retention. Proficient in English, Hindi, and Bengali (spoken & written). Ability to explain mutual fund concepts in simple, relatable terms.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
