Conduct regular

Assist with
mutual fund application processes
, including KYC updates, SIP/STP/SWP initiation, redemptions, and switches via NSE/BSE/MINT/CAMS/KFINTECH/MFU platforms.
Educate clients about various investment options and the latest market developments.
Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication via calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
Address client queries promptly and ensure
excellent customer service

Analyze fund performance and market trends to provide

acquiring new clients
and retaining existing relationships.
Requirements:
Minimum
1 year of experience
in mutual funds, financial advisory, or capital markets (preferred).
Strong understanding of
capital market concepts, mutual fund products, and regulatory guidelines

Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills
to build long-term client trust.
Proficiency in
MS Office (especially Excel)
and CRM tools.
Ability to explain complex financial concepts in a simple and engaging manner.
