Job Title:

Mutual Fund Advisor

Roles & Responsibilities:

Provide

investment advice and financial planning

solutions to clients based on their risk appetite, goals, and market trends. Guide clients in selecting suitable

mutual fund schemes

, asset allocation, and portfolio diversification. Conduct regular

portfolio reviews

and recommend changes to optimize returns. Assist with

mutual fund application processes

, including KYC updates, SIP/STP/SWP initiation, redemptions, and switches via NSE/BSE/MINT/CAMS/KFINTECH/MFU platforms. Educate clients about various investment options and the latest market developments. Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication via calls, emails, and in-person meetings. Address client queries promptly and ensure

excellent customer service

. Analyze fund performance and market trends to provide

data-driven investment recommendations

. Achieve business targets by

acquiring new clients

and retaining existing relationships.

Requirements:

Minimum

1 year of experience

in mutual funds, financial advisory, or capital markets (preferred). Strong understanding of

capital market concepts, mutual fund products, and regulatory guidelines

. Excellent

communication and interpersonal skills

to build long-term client trust. Proficiency in

MS Office (especially Excel)

and CRM tools. Ability to explain complex financial concepts in a simple and engaging manner.
