Job Overview
Podar Education Network is seeking a passionate Junior Musician to join our esteemed team at our Mysuru and Ramanagara locations. This full-time role requires a dynamic individual with a deep understanding of music production, recording techniques, and composition. The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to enhance our institution's culture by inspiring and nurturing the musical talents of our students.
Qualifications and Skills

• A genuine passion for music and the ability to convey this enthusiasm to students to inspire their creativity.
• Proficiency in music production (Mandatory skill) with practical knowledge of modern music software and technologies.
• Experience with recording techniques (Mandatory skill) and the ability to guide students through the basics of sound recording.
• Strong skills in composition (Mandatory skill) to assist students in creating original musical pieces.
• Excellent communication skills for effectively explaining complex musical concepts in an understandable manner.
• Previous experience in teaching music at the junior level is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work collaboratively with other faculty members to integrate music into the wider curriculum.
• An innovative approach to creating and developing music programs that cater to a diverse student body.

• Conduct engaging music classes that cater to students of varying skill levels and promote inclusivity.
• Facilitate music production sessions, assisting students in recording and producing their own music.
• Provide one-on-one guidance to students in composing original music, nurturing their creative abilities.
