Curly's Music Academy is seeking individuals who are passionate about music and psychology to join our team. Whether you have formal training or are simply an enthusiast in psychology, we welcome your interest. The ideal candidate will have a genuine interest in using music and psychology as a tool to support the emotional, cognitive, and social development of individuals, especially children with special needs.

Responsibilities

:

Develop and implement a music therapy syllabus tailored for special needs students. Conduct individual and group music teaching/therapy sessions to support cognitive, emotional, and social development. Collaborate with educators to integrate music therapy goals with educational objectives. Provide regular progress reports to families and educators. Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of educational strategies.

Requirements

: Musicians with/without a psychology background or psychologists.

Music therapy ( preffered ) psychology diploma/degree ( B.A / M.A.) (preferred ) psychology certifications Teaching experience in music (preferred) Bachelor's degree in Music Therapy (preferred). Board certification (MT-BC) (preferred). Experience working with special needs populations. Strong musical skills and ability to adapt teaching methods.
