Key Responsibilities
Teach instrumental music to students across different age groups.
Plan and deliver structured music lessons aligned with academic and extracurricular goals.
Train students for school events, competitions, and stage performances.
Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
Manage and maintain musical instruments, equipment, and classroom discipline.
Organize and coordinate musical activities, workshops, and annual functions.
Foster a positive and motivating learning environment.
Work collaboratively with school administration and other faculty members.
Ensure safety, care, and proper handling of instruments (including almirah/almirah storage if required).
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Music or relevant field (advanced training preferred).
2-5 years of experience in instrumental music teaching.
Proficiency in one or more musical instruments (e.g., keyboard, guitar, tabla, harmonium, flute, etc.).
Strong understanding of music theory and practical techniques.
Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
Ability to mentor beginners as well as advanced learners.
Passionate, patient, and dedicated educator.
